   • After 12 hours, your order may have already been processed and shipped. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy.

   • Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
   • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return Policy upon receipt of your order.
